Description:
This class focuses on helping response leaders build more cohesive, adaptive, and resilient teams. Using a mix of theory, case studies, classroom exercises, and field exercises this program teaches principles for leading in high-risk and high-stress environments, building team cohesion, and resolving conflicts and problems within the team.

Day 1: 0800‐1730
Day 2: 0800‐1700 (class)
1700‐1900 (dinner break)
1900‐2300 (night exercise)
Day 3: 0800‐1900
Day 4: 0800‐1700

Cost:
Class is no cost. The class is sponsored by UASI. UASI funds do not cover backfill, holdover, or overtime for students.

Dress Code:
Business casual attire for classroom days. Helmet, flashlight, hiking shoes, and nomex jacket required for the night exercise.
