Water Tender Refresher
Description:
This class is an 8-hour course designed to re-familiarize Fire Apparatus Engineers with our fleet of Tactical Water Tenders. Topics will include operations, safety considerations, and a preliminary summary of our newest Tactical Water Tenders currently being designed. The manipulative portion will include a static skills review, followed by a dynamic drill to reinforce teaching points.

Prerequisite:
Fire Apparatus Engineer
Water Tender Certified
Where:
Classroom portion held at OCFA Station 20
Manipulative portion held at FBI Training Facility

Operations Training and Safety Staff
Staffing:
Overtime approved for off-duty attendance, backfill is not.
Dress Code:
Station uniform, helmet, gloves, and brush coat. Safety Equipment is Required.
